Sora is a 36-level residential tower on Thornton Street in the heart of Surfers Paradise, developed by Vitale Property Group and Jinding. Comprising 124 residences, Sora has been conceived as a contemporary place to live year round rather than a traditional resort-style development — bringing together residential living, wellness, recreation and dedicated spaces to work and connect. Sora means sky, a name that reflects both the scale of the tower and its relationship with the changing Gold Coast landscape. At ground level, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a residents’ lounge and library create an extension of the home.

Above, a dedicated wellness precinct incorporates treatment rooms, plunge pools, spa, sauna, ice baths and landscaped terraces. An elevated recreation level brings together the pool, private dining, barbecue areas and residents’ lounge, with a mezzanine gym, games room and work pods completing an extensive collection of resident amenity. Externally, Sora is defined by a refined material palette of bronze powder-coated aluminium, bronze low-E glazing, mineral-silicate stained concrete, limestone and granite, giving the tower a distinctive presence within the Surfers Paradise skyline.
